Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden!
Da ich im Februar ausziehen muss, biete ich mein wunderschönes Zimmer im 7. Bezirk zur Nachmiete an.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (25 m2) und super ruhig, da es zum 2. Innenhof rausgeht.
Es würde im Idealfall möbliert vergeben werden (Bett + Matratze, Regal, Sofa, Schrank, Stehlampe) vergeben werden. Für die Möbel (sowie den Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine) würde eine Ablöse von 350 Euro anfallen, über die zur Not jedoch verhandelt werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist erstmal auf etwa ein Jahr befristet, da Rafal dann entscheiden muss, ob er weiterhin in Wien bliebt. Die Übernahme der Wohnung wäre anschließend aber bestimmt möglich. (:

Unfortunately I have to move so I am looking for someone to take over my beautiful room in the 7th district.
The room is very big (25 m2) and quiet because the windows open into the 2nd courtyard.
Ideally the room would be fully furnished (Bed + matress, shelf, closet, couch, lamp). For the furniture (as well as the fridge and the washing machine) you would have to pay 350 Euros, but it might be possible to talt about the price.
The room can be rent for at least a year - after that Rafal will have to decide whether he is going to stay in Vienna. It might be possible though to take over the flat if you would like to stay longer. (:
Die Lage der Wohnung ist kaum zu übertreffen: Mitten im Siebten Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Gegenüber der Wohnung fährt die Straßenbahnlinie 49 ab, mit der man in wenigen Minuten am Ring ist. Auch die U3 Station "Zieglergasse" ist einfach nur die Straße runter innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist der Westbahnhof auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Supermärkte gibt es zur genüge: einen Hofer, BILLA und Lidl sind in jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist außerdem der "Berlin Döner" mit dem besten Döner im siebten Bezirk, wenn nicht sogar Wiens. Die Mariahilfer Straße ist auch direkt um die Ecke und lädt zum einkaufen ein. Außerdem ist der 7. Bezirk für seine gemütlichen Bars und Restaurants bekannt, die alle zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen sind.

The location of the flat is perfect: it is in the middle of the 7th district. Right around the corner you can find the Tram 49 and the subway station "Zieglergasse" is also only a few minutes away. Also the "Westbahnhof" is very close.
The nearest supermarkets are Hofer, Billa and Lidl and just in front of the house you can find the "Berlin Döner", where you can get the best kebap of the city and veeery good falafel!
The 7th district is also known for its cozy bars and restaurants.
In der WG Leben mit mir zusammen noch Rafal, 27, der seinen Master in Wirtschaftsinformatik auf der Uni Wien macht und seine Freundin Eva, die gerade einen Deutschkurs an der Uni besucht. Rafal arbeitet neben dem Studium bei der Bank und ist deswegen tagsüber nur selten zuhause. Beide sind super umgänglich und achten auf ein nettes Miteinander. Wir haben ein gemütliches gemeinsames WG- Leben.

You would live with Rafal, 27, who is doing his masters degree, and his girlfriend Eva who is taking part in a german language course at the University at the moment.
They are both really nice and easy-going. (:
