The apartment a huge balcony facing south, about 20 m2 big. And it has three rooms: two bedrooms and a combined kitchen/livingroom. Additional a wardrobe, a toilet and a bath.
In your future bedroom, there is a build in bed with two huge drawers to store things, and shelves at one wall. Basically you just need to bring a mattress. The apartment is furnished.
Die Wohnung einen riesigen Balkon nach Süden, etwa 20 m2 groß. Und es hat drei Zimmer: zwei Schlafzimmer und eine kombinierte Küche / Wohnzimmer. Zusätzlich eine Garderobe, eine Toilette und ein Bad.
In deinem zukünftigen Schlafzimmer gibt es ein eingebautes Bett mit zwei großen Schubladen zum Verstauen von Dingen und Regale an einer Wand. Im Grunde musst du nur eine Matratze mitbringen. Die Wohnung ist möbliert.
The apartment is situated close to the Danube and to the centre in the lively Nordbahnviertel.
A tram and bus stop is close by, about 3 minutes away. An underground, the line U1 Vorgartenstraße is about 10 minutes away. The area is quite cycle friendly. I do most of my errands on my bicycle.
The neighbours are really friendly, some became friends over the years.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Donau und zum Zentrum im belebten Nordbahnviertel.
Eine Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Eine U-Bahn, die Linie U1 Vorgartenstraße, ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist recht fahrradfreundlich. Ich erledige die meisten meiner Besorgungen mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich, einige wurden im Laufe der Jahre zu Freunden.
As a freelancer I work in a studio close, but outside, the apartment. I often cook lunch in the apartment – since the pandemic almost every day. I'd love to have nice evenings together, from time to time – like cooking together or enjoying a sundowner on the balcony.
On the weekend I love to hike in the mountains. At least one day I escape to nature, often the whole weekend – when the mountain huts are back open.
Als Freiberuflerin arbeite ich in einem Studio in der Nähe, aber außerhalb, der Wohnung. Oft koche ich mein Mittagessen in der Wohnung - seit der Pandemie fast jeden Tag. Ich würde gerne ab und zu schöne Abende zusammen verbringen - zum Beispiel gemeinsam kochen oder einen Sundowner auf dem Balkon genießen.
Am Wochenende liebe ich es, in den Bergen zu wandern. Mindestens einen Tag fliehe ich in die Natur, oft das ganze Wochenende - wenn die Berghütten wieder geöffnet sind.
