The room ist very light, it has two big and good isolated windows with view to the quiet street, which has many big trees. The room is spacious, it has a big bed, a wardrobe and a big desk. It's located right next to the living room and the bathroom.

Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, es hat zwei große, gut isolierte Fenster mit Blick auf die ruhige Straße, in der es viele große Bäume gibt. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, es gibt ein Bett, einen großen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderkasten. Das Zimmer ist direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer und dem Badezimmer.
The subway stations Thalia Straße and Josefstädter Straße are in 5 minutes walking distance. Also busses and tramways are nearby. The Ring with its many bars and clubs, at which the U6 goes by, is in walking distance too. 5 minutes away is also the longest open market of Vienna: the Brunnenmarkt, where you buy food very cheap and also try oriental specialities. Closeby there is one of Vienna's nicest squares, full of restaurants and shops and bars: The Yppenplatz. If you're interested in nature: parts of the Wiener Wald are located in the same district.

Die U-Bahn-Stationen Thalia Straße und Josefstädter Straße sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Busse und Straßenbahnen fahren hier rund um die Uhr. Die Ringstraße - hhier finden sich viele Bars und Clubs - ist nahebei. In 5 Minuten erreicht man außerdem Wiens längsten Markt: den Brunnenmarkt, wo man billig Lebensmittel einkaufen und orientalische Spezialitäten probieren kann. Nahegelegen ist auch einer von Wiens schönsten Plätzen mit etlichen Restaurants und Bars: der Yppenplatz. Wenn du an Natur interessiert bist: Teile des Wiener Waldes befinden sich im selben Stadtteil.
Hi, I'm Lorenz, I'm 31 years old and moved from Munich to Vienna around 4 years ago.
During August I'll be working on a project with exchange students from the USA in Germany. So I'll be renting out my cozy room to anyone who wants to enjoy Ottakring for August.
Your flatmate will be Mahmoud who is a refugee from Syria, he's a fine lad, a good chat and he knows a lot of good recipes for Arabian food (yummy!). He's a chearful guy, speaks very well German and some English. He goes to school and studies technical engineering.
And some more details on the flat: While your room is at the one end of the apartment, Mahmoud's is at the other end located at the inner courtyard. In between there is the kitchen and a big light living room. Of course all the other rooms can be used by both of you.

Hi, ich bin Lorenz, 31 Jahre alt und vor etwa 4 Jahren von München nach Wien gezogen. Im August arbeite ich in einem Projekt mit US-amerikanischen Austauschstudenten in Deutschland und vermiete daher mein Zimmer an jede/n, der/die den August in Ottakring genießen will.
Dein Mitbewohner wird Mahmoud sein, er ist Refugee aus Syrien, ein cooler Typ, ein guter Gesprächspartner und er kennt so einige gute arabische Rezepte (mmmm!). Er ist fröhlich, spricht sehr gut Deutsch und etwas Englisch. Er geht zur Schule und lernt technische Ingenieurwissenschaften.
Und noch etwas zur Wohnung: Dein Zimmer liegt am einen Ende, Mahmouds am andern - dazwischen liegt die lang geschnittene Küche sowie das geräumige Wohnzimmer. Diese Räume sowie das Bad und die Toilette benutzt ihr natürlich beide.
