Hallo! ab Februar wird bei uns in unserer dreier Wg ein Zimmer frei!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 16. Bezirk zwischen der Ottakringerbrauerei und dem Brunnenmarkt. In direkter Nähe befinden sich die Straßenbahnlinien 2,46,44,9, U6 und Supermärkte. Der Campus ist in 10 min, Hauptuni und die Boku in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist innenhofseitig und ungefähr 12m2 groß. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig.
Wir sind Nichtraucher, freundlich, familiär und sehr auf Ordnung bedacht!
Die Miete mit alles betraegt 375 Europe.

Hi everybody!
from February until June we will have a free room in our apartment.
The apartment is ideally located in the 16th district, between the Ottakringerbrauerei and the Brunnenmarkt. There are 4 trams (2,46,44,9) and one metro station (u6 Josefstaedterstrasse) very close to our building, there are also many supermarkets and stores where you can find anything you need. The Campus AAKH is only 10 min. and the main building for Vienna's University 15 min away. Other universities such as the TU or Boku, 15 or 20 min away.
The room is ca.12 square meters big and it is situated facing the courtyard of the building - very quiet and sunny.
We are very friendly, organized and clean, and we don't smoke.
The rent (all inclusive) is 375 eur.
