Das Zimmer ist hell und groß. Fenster führen zu einer Straße, die man mit geöffneten Scheiben zwar hört, aber die nicht allzu befahren ist. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern liegt das Zimmer super ruhig (3. Stock). Bei Interesse lasse ich meine Möbel gegen eine Ablöse drin.
Die Lage ist ziemlich cool, vor allem mit Fahrrad lässt sich alles bestens erreichen (Uni 15 min, Innenstadt 10min). Aber auch mit den Öffis kommt man gut angebunden ans Ziel: Bus, und U–Bahn sind in Gehnähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug: Spar, Billa, türkischer Laden und die Lugner City (unter der Woche bis 21 Uhr geöffnet!) liegen um die Ecke. - In dem spannenden Grätzl gibt’s dann noch den Brunnenmarkt und auch Dumpstermöglichkeiten sind nicht weit.
Mit in der WG wohnen ein Bursche und drei Mädels: Arif studiert Psychotherapie, ist ein super Quatschkumpane, der sehr gerne zockt und auf Konzerte geht. Asimina, unser liebster Hippie, wird Kindergärtnerin, liebt Räucherstäbchen, verschönert gerne die WG und mag Wein. Mila ist unsere Influencerin die Publizistik studiert, meistens draußen auf Events ist und das Leben genießt. Neu hinzu für ein Semester kommt Leo, die ihren eigenen Schmuck schmiedet und in einer Bar arbeitet. Oft sitzen wir in unserer „Gallerie“ beisammen, trinken, rauchen, spielen und reden über alles und nichts.
Grundsätzlich teilen wir viele Lebensmittel, frühstücken & kochen dann und wann gemeinsam, veranstalten ab und an WG-Partys. Entscheidungen werden demokratisch oder im Konsens getroffen. Es gibt einen Putzplan und Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.

The room
The room has 20 sq m and will be fully furnished. It costs 410€/month and deposit is 400€ (negotiable because of the short stay). As we live on the 3rd floor the room is very quiet, even if the windows look to the street.
The location
The location is super – especially by bike, the university and the citycenter are 15 minutes away. But also the public transport is close: the bus (2 min away), underground (7 minutes away). Grocery stores are around the corner, and the Lugner City has open until 9 o’clock in the evening.
The living
You will be living with one guy and three girls: Arif is studying Psychotherapy, plays a lot of computer games and likes to go to good concerts. Mila our instagirl is studying publicism and mostly out on events. Leo is new, too, producing her own jewellery. Asimina is a kindergartener, she likes to posh the flat up, likes incense sticks, she’s our lovely hippie. All in all, we like to sit together, talk, drink, smoke, have friends come over, we play games, sometimes we throw parties. Even if we regularly share time together, everyone has its own space which is very respected. We like it proper and clean and have a cleaning roster. But as you can guess, with 5 people sometimes it’s hard. decisions are made democratic or by consent.
