da ich ausziehe, wird bei uns in einer lebendigen 8er-WG ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist ist ca 10qm groß (+ ca 4qm Hochebene) und hat ein Fenster direkt zum bunten und belebten Yppenplatz im 16. Bezirk.
Im Preis ist bereits alles inkludiert, WLAN natürlich auch. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Wohn- und Kochbereich sowie acht getrennt begehbare Zimmer und zwei Bäder.

I'm moving out of our nice shared flat so we are looking for a new flatmate.
There is a living room with a kitchen for sharing. There are 8 separate rooms and two bathrooms.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 16. Bezirk, ist aber dennoch nur drei Gehminuten vom Gürtel entfernt und ist somit auch sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Straßenbahnlinie 44 fährt direkt vor der Tür und die U-Bahn U6, sowie die Straßenbahn 2 sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter auch den beliebten Brunnenmarkt und den wöchentlichen Bauernmarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In der Umgebung rund um den Yppenplatz gibt es zahlreiche gemütliche Cafes, gute Restaurants, Imbisse und nette Bars.

The flat is located in the 16th district, but there are fast connections everywhere. The tram 44 is right around the corner that brings you to the main university in 12 minutes. Within 3 minutes walk you reach the U-Bahn 6 and the tram 2. The flat is also very close to the Gürtel (=belt), which is like the "boundary" to the city center. So you'll be able to reach everything pretty fast ;)
The area is very animated and lively. There are many nice bars, cafes and good restaurant right on your doorstep.
Wir sind eine sehr aufgeschlossene, kommunikative und hilfsbereite WG. Wir unternehmen gerne mal etwas zusammen, respektieren aber dennoch die Privatsphäre aller MitbewohnerInnen. Wir sind alle StudentInnen und/oder berufstätig und verstehen uns sehr gut. Dadurch, dass wir zu acht sind ist es in unserer WG meistens lebendig und es ist fast immer jemand da, mit dem man sich unterhalten kann. Aber es besteht natürlich auch die Möglichkeit sich mal zurück zu ziehen und seine Ruhe zu haben.

The flatmates are all very kind and communicative. We are all students and we do all speak english ;)
Since we are 8 peaple living in the flat, it's usually pretty alive in here and there is always someone you can talk to. But we als respect everybodys privacy.
