Wir sind eine freundliche 3er WG in Ottakring. Da ich im Februar nicht in Wien sein werde, möchte ich gerne mein gemütliches Zimmer untervermieten:
Das Zimmer ist circa 27 m² groß und möbliert ist es mit Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch, Regal, Couch und Tisch. Ach und es gibt einen Balkon :)
Die monatlichen Kosten belaufen sich auf 360€, Kaution sind 360€.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, ein WC, einen recht großen Gang mit extra Stauraum und eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Couch, die zu längerem Verweilen einlädt.

we are a friendly shared flat consisting of 3 people. Since I won't be in Vienna throughout whole February, I would like to rent out my lovely room:
it's 27 square meters big and there is a bed, a cupboard, desk, bookshelf, sofa and a table. Oh and there is a balcony ;)
The flat has 3 rooms which are accessible separately, a bathroom, a toilet, a quite spacious corridor and a fully equipped kitchen / living room.
The rent is 360 Euro (all included) plus a deposit of 360 Euro (which you will get back after the month).
Unsere WG ist super angebunden: die U-Bahn Stationen Thaliastraße (U6) und Josefstädter Straße (U6) sind beide in 3-4 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Straßenbahnen sind ebenso nah: Linie 2 und 46 in 3 Gehminuten - Linie 33 und 5 in 4-5 Gehminuten. Ums Eck ist gleich der Brunnenmarkt und es gibt diverse Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie Hofer, Penny, Spar, Dm, Bipa, Bank, Post etc..
Direkt am Ende der Straße liegt der Gürtel mit verschiedenen Lokalen (Chelsea, Weberknecht, Fania Live, Auslage etc.).

Our shared flat is super well connected to the public transport: metro station Thaliastraße (U6) and Josefstädter Straße (U6) are both reachable within 3-4 minutes walking distance.
The nearest tram lines are nr. 2 and 46 in just 3 minutes walking distance and nr. 5 and 33 in 4-5 minutes. Around the corner you have the market 'Brunnenmarket' with lots of different stands, as well as different shops like Hofer, Penny, Spar, DM, Bipa, a bank and a post office.
At the end of the street (1 minute) you have the 'Gürtel' with lots of different bars and pubs such as Chelsea, Weberknecht, Fania Live, Auslage etc.
Wir sind zwei StudentInnen Mitte 20, die beide relativ viel unterwegs sind, es aber auch genießen daheim n unserer gemütlichen Küche beisammen zu sitzen.
