Das Zimmer ist circa 12 Quadratmeter groß, es ist hofseitig gelegen und daher angenehm ruhig. Im Sommer bleibt es dadurch auch angenehm kühl.
Je nach Absprache kann ich dir einige Möbel überlassen.
The room is about 12 square meters of size, it's facing the back yard which is why it's very calm and cool during the summer.

Da wir hier am frisch renovierten Johann Nepomuk Berger Platz situiert sind, befinden sich die Straßenbahnen 2, 9, 44 und 46 direkt vor der Tür. Auch die U6 Josefstädter Straße und U3 Ottakring sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in ca 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit den Öffis ist man so in ca. 20 Minuten am Schottentor (Hauptuni), beim Volkstheater oder am Westbahnhof.
Der Brunnenmarkt, sowie der Gürtel, mit all seinen netten Lokalen, sind in ungefähr 10 Gehminuten (oder ca. 4 mit der Bim) entfernt.
The flat is situated at the Johann Nepomuk Berger Platz, which is a tiny park. The trams 2, 9, 44 and 46 are all within 1 minute walking distance. Also the U6 Josefstädter Straße and U3 Ottakring are within reach. By public transport you can easily get to Schottentor (main university), Volkstheater or Westbahnhof (main railway station) within 20 minutes.
The Brunnenmarkt (a market with cheap and fresh fruit & veg) and the Gürtel (place with bars and clubs for night owls) are reachable within 10 minutes by foot.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Alexandra (Doktoratsstudium Alte Geschichte), Niklas (Master Architektur) und Johannes (Bachelor Agrarwissenschaften), die alle nebenher auch arbeiten.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig und gemütlich, wir sind also keine Party-WG Wir haben eine große Küche, die gleichzeitig unser Wohnzimmer darstellt. Hier kochen wir manchmal oder sitzen beisammen. Wir sind alle beruflich oder uni-mäßig eingespannt und schätzen daher auch unsere Privatsphäre.
Everyday life at the flatshare is calm and cozy. We have a big kitchen, which is our living room at the same time. Here we sometimes cook and sit together. We are all quite busy with our jobs and university, which is why we also really appreciate each other's privacy.
Das Zimmer kann theoretisch ab 15. September bezogen werden. Ende September oder Anfang Oktober ist auch völlig OK.
