Ich suche ab sofort eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine WG zu zweit. Ich bin eine 25-jährige Mikrobiologie-Studentin mit WG-Erfahrung. In meiner Freizeit mache ich Sport, lese gerne und würde mich selbst als ruhige, aber freundliche und humorvolle Person beschreiben. Ordnung, gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und gute Kommunikation sind mir sehr wichtig im Zusammenleben. Die WG ist gut geeignet für Studierende kurz vorm Abschluss oder Berufstätige, da ich selbst viel lerne und am Wochenende oft zur Familie aufs Land fahre.

Die Wohnung liegt im 16. Bezirk zwischen den U6 Stationen Burggasse/Stadthalle und Thaliastraße. U6 und 48A liegen in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz und bieten eine schnelle Verbindung am Gürtel entlang, zum Westbahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Die Straßenbahnlinien 5, 9, 46 und 49 liegen etwa 7 Minuten entfernt. Die Lugnercity mit diversen Geschäften und Öffnungszeiten bis 21h, viele kleinere Supermärkte und Bäckereien, die auch sonntags geöffnet haben sowie der Brunnenmarkt und Yppenplatz bieten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der 7. Bezirk liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Vermietet wird ein Schlafzimmer (ca 10m2) zur alleinigen Benützung sowie der Wohnraum, die Küche, Bad (inkl Badewanne, Waschmaschine) und extra WC (insg ca 50m2) zur gemeinsamen Benützung.
Ein Einzelbett plus eine extra Matratze für Übernachtungsgäste, ein kleines Regal, eine Kleiderstange und ein Ganzkörperspiegel sind als Basisausstattung im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Außerdem kann ein großer Schreibtisch bei Bedarf aufgestellt werden.
Alle gemeinschaftlichen Räume sind voll ausgestattet und haben Zugang zu den Terrassen, es gibt eine gute Internetverbindung und einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock eines Neubaus mit großen Fenstern und schönem Ausblick. Sie ist daher angenehm hell und ruhig.

I am looking for a flatmate for a shared flat. I am a 25-year-old microbiology student with experience in flat sharing. In my spare time I do sports, like to read and would describe myself as a calm but friendly and humorous person. Tidiness, mutual consideration and good communication are very important to me when living together. The room is well suited for students shortly before graduation or working people, because I study a lot myself and often go to my family in the countryside on weekends.

The apartment is located in the 16th district between the U6 stations Burggasse/Stadthalle and Thaliastraße. U6 and 48A are within 5 minutes walking distance and offer a fast connection along the Gürtel, to the Westbahnhof and to the city centre. The tramlines 5, 9, 46 and 49 are about 7 minutes away. The Lugnercity with various shops and opening hours until 21h, many smaller supermarkets and bakeries, which are also open on Sundays, as well as the Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz offer shopping opportunities and entertainment in the immediate vicinity. Also the 7th district is only a short walk away.

One bedroom (approx. 10m2) is rented for exclusive use, as is the living room, kitchen, bathroom (incl. bathtub, laundry machine) and separate toilette (approx. 50m2 in total) for shared use.
A single bed plus an extra mattress for overnight guests, a small shelf, a clothes rail and a full body mirror are available as basic equipment in the bedroom. A large desk can also be set up if required.
All common rooms are fully equipped and have access to the terraces; there is a good internet connection and an elevator. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a new building with large windows and beautiful views. It is therefore pleasantly bright and quiet.
