Das Zimmer(15 m2)ist recht freundlich und geräumig. Es ist möbliert mit Schrank Bett, Schreibtisch etc. Aktuell beträgt die Zwischenmiete warm 300€/Monat, zusätzlich ist eine Kaution von 300€ zu hinterlegen beim Einzug.
Zur Wohnung selbst:
Die sanierte Altbauwohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre und besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer Gemeinschaftsküche, 2 Bädern (eins mit Dusche und WC und eins mit Badewanne), einem Abstellkammerl, Vorraum und einer großzügigen 19m² großen, im Sommer sehr sonnigen Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist von der Küche aus begehbar und bietet viel Platz, um sich gärtnerisch auszutoben. Es gibt auch noch einen Fahrradkeller, wo man das Fahrrad abstellen kann.

I rent my flat share room (15 m2) from the 10. July till to the end of september, for 300€ montly and a deposit of one montly rent (300€) is to pay. In the rent the additional costs are included. The room is furnished , with wardrobe, desk and bed. From the window you have a nice view to the courtyard and the terrace.
The appartment is fully equipped with citchen, WC and a separatly badroom and a corridor which connects the rooms. We also have a baking oven, washing machine, dishwasher, shower, bathtub in the badroom, fridge with freezer, Wlan etc. In additonal there is a pretty big terrace (19m2) where you can go out and spend good time in the summermonths. It gives either the possibility to place your bicycle in the cellar.
Von der WG aus ist die Straßenbahn 2, die 44er und 46er in wenigen Gehminuten und die U3 Ottakring in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso sind genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Billa, Apotheke, Interspar, Post, ...) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Naturverbundene erreichen in 20 min fußläufig das Schloss Wilhelminen und stehen somit mitten im Wienerwald :)

The location of the appartment is silent and you have a good connection to the citycenter. You have also a short way to the countryside or Parks like the Steinhofgründe or the vienna forest (Wiener Wald).
Near to the appartment it gives a few supermarkets (Billa, Spar, Hofer, Interspar, farmacy... ) and other shopping facilities are attainable in 5-10 min on foot. The tram 2, 44 and the 46 arevery close(5 min), the subway U3 you can reach in 10 min by foot or with the bus 46A/46B.
WG-Leben
Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende :)
Wir (Christian und Tobias) sind gerade dabei eine WG neu zu gründen, ich bin aber voraussichtlich im Sommer nicht in Wien und suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer da ich erst ab Oktober fix in Wien bin. Das heißt das Zimmer wäre ab 10. Juli bis Ende September zu haben. Christian (26) wäre im Sommer teilweise hier in Wien. Im dritten Zimmer ist auch ein Zwischenmieter da , er heißt Lumi, studiert Comparative History. Ist sehr höfflich, symphatisch und unkompliziert.
Kurz zu uns:
Christian(26) und Tobias(27). Würde uns als ganz umgänglich und unkompliziert beschreiben. Studieren hier und sind im Sommer auch meist in der Wohnung. Christian studiert UBRM im Master auf der Boku und ich studiere Agrarwissenschaften auch auf der Boku. Wir sind offen bei Gelegenheit zum gemeinsam zu plaudern/ein paar Worte zu wechseln, es besteht auch die Möglichkeit gemeinsam zu kochen, sich bei einem Getränk in der Küche auf der recht großen und gemütlichen Terrasse zu unterhalten.

Hello to all which seeks an appartment :)
Christian and I (Tobias) are founding a new flatshare. I'm not in Vienna in the summer so i rent my room from 10. July till end of September. I´m maybe also at home in Italy so my room(15m2) is also possible to rent in the period from 10.July till to the end of september. Christian(26) should be here in Vienna partly time in summer. In the third room lives also a interim tenant , his name is Lumi, he is studying comparative history. I would describe him as tidy, friendly, and easygoing.
Faltmate description:
Christian(26) and Tobias (27). I would describe us as easygoing, reliable and affable. We're studying here and we spend partly the time in the appartment during summer. Christian studies Enviromental-Management and I'm studying agricultural sciences at the Boku. You can talk good wiht us, it's also given the possibility to cook togehter or drink something in the citchen or on the beautyful terrace.
