In unserer 3er-WG mit Garten wird ab April 2019 ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 170 qm, renovierter Altbau, ist ruhig und hell mit großzügigem Wohnzimmer und riesigem Garten. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche, extra Badewanne und Klo und noch ein separates Klo.
Die Wohnung liegt in Penzing, 5 Gehminuten von der U4-Station Braunschweiggasse oder S-Bahn Penzing entfernt.
Wir, David und Katrin, sind beide berufstätig. Wenn wir zu Hause sind, kochen wir gerne gemeinsam oder trinken abends das eine oder andere Glas Wein miteinander ..oder schauen mal einen Film in unserem Heimkino. :) Außerdem wohnt noch Katze Streusel im Haus.
