URGENT ROOM Available June 21st
Nice room of 9m2 is available next to Schönbrunn in a very lively roommate of 6 people. The room is quite bright with a large window, it is equipped with a desk, a bed and a large wardrobe. The big advantage of the apartment is its large kitchen which is open to the living room, and its very nice garden with a hammock and a barbecue!
The flatshare is international (USA / ENGLAND / FRANCE / LUX), the perfect mix between studies and student life. We usually eat together often and invite friends together. I highly recommend this apartment in which I lived one of the best years of my life!
For transport, its location is perfect, 7 minutes from U4 metro by foot and 1 minute from the tramway which is 7 minutes far away from westbanhof. We are less than 20 minutes away from downtown! The park of Schönbrunn is beautiful and very pleasant especially for running during the weekend or for a small Sunday walk.
I organize visits all week long!

Ein kleiner Raum von 9m2 wird neben Schönbrunn in einem sehr lebhaften WG von 6 Personen freigegeben. Das Zimmer ist hell mit einem großen Fenster, es ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Bett und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Der große Vorteil der Wohnung ist die große Küche, die zum Wohnzimmer hin offen ist, und der sehr schöne Garten mit einer Hammock und einem Grill!
Die WG ist international (USA / ENGLAND / FRANCE / LUX), die perfekte Mischung zwischen Studium und Studentenleben. Wir essen normalerweise oft zusammen und laden Freunde zusammen ein. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen, in der ich eines der besten Jahre meines Lebens verbracht habe!
Für den Transport ist seine Lage perfekt, 7 Minuten von der U-Bahn U4 zu Fuß und 1 Minute von der Straßenbahn, die 7 Minuten westbanhof ist. Wir sind weniger als 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt! Der Park von Schönbrunn ist wunderschön und sehr angenehm, besonders zum Laufen am Wochenende oder für einen kleinen Sonntagsspaziergang.
Ich organisiere die ganze Woche besuchen!
