I am moving out and I would like to rent my room in our beautiful flat (63m2 from the 20.05-01.06 / Extension Possible!). The building is an old "Art Nouveau" building, for architecture lovers;) There is everything in the flat you need since we will leave all our furnitures, kitchen tool, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
There are 2 bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom with WC. You have also a small garden in the courtyard where you can chill in spring and summer and make some BBQ (everything is provided). You have also a small cabin to put your bike.
All included for the dates 20.05-01.06 (Extension is Possible for the month of June!)
PS: there is a cat called eddie in the flat (very shy)
Neighborhood overview:
It's a quiet, green neighbourhood with cafes around, and very close to the 7th district, the center.
Location: Very easy to reach Westbahnhof and the main shopping street Mariahilferstrasse by walk from here, and also several buses (48A), trams and subways (U6 and U3) are only a few minutes walk away. Once if you get on the subway, you can be anywhere in the city, quiet fast. We also recommend to use the City Bike service which is basically free, and here is a station just right by the building!
