Die Wohung ist eine typsiche wiener Altbauwohnung im 15ten Bezirk, die vor kurzem saniert worden ist. Die Wohung besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einer großzügigen Küche mit Ess-bzw. Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Küche wird als Gemeinschaftsraum und Aufenthaltsraum genutzt. Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und Richtung Innenhof gelegen. Daher auch sehr ruhig. Es wird ein Schreibtisch und ein Nachttisch bereitgestellt.

Ich, Nico, bin Student und arbeite Teilzeit. Dementsprechend habe ich nicht viel Freizeit. Ich komme aus Hamburg und lebe seit Ende 2013 in Wien. Für weitere Fragen können wir uns dann gern persönlich kennen lernen. :)
