Wir sind eine entspannte Studenten-WG im 15. Bezirk. Das Zimmer möchte ich vom 01.08.2018 bis zum 01.10.2018 untervermieten, da ich den Sommer über nicht in Wien bin. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind Vollmöbeliert und ich stelle auch gerne mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung. Das Haus wurde vor ca. drei Jahren neu saniert und das Zimmer liegt auf der Seite zum Innenhof, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist.
Die WG liegt direkt an der Ubahn- und Straßenbahnstation "Johnstraße" (U3, 49,10A). Von hier sind es mit der U3 zwei Stationen bis zum Westbahnhof, bzw. drei bis zur Mariahilfer Straße. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, etc. liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
