Wegen meines Auslandssemesters vermiete ich mein Zimmer im 15. Gemeindebezirk Wiens von Februar bis Juni oder länger (vorzugsweise bis September).
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer WG, einer 3 Zimmer Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche mit einer kleinen Couch, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, einer separaten Toilette und 3 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern. Die Miete würde 300€ warm ausmachen (inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet). Das Zimmer hat ca. 13qm und ist sehr hell und ruhig gelegen. Es ist voll möbliert mit einem 1,40m Bett, einem großen PAX Kasten, einem Schreibtisch, … (siehe Fotos). Die Kaution würde 500€ ausmachen. Die Wohnung ist gut öffentlich angebunden und es befindet sich alles was man brauch vor der Haustüre (Supermarkt, Bank, Post, Trafik, Apotheke, Staßenbahn, Kaffees, …) Die Wohnung würdest du dir mit zwei tollen Mädels aus Niederösterreich teilen.

Because of my semester abroad my room in the 15th district of Vienna is up for rent from February till June/July/August/September depending on arrangement.
The room is in a 3 room apartment which consist of a kitchen with a small couch, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a separately toilet and the rooms all individually accessible. The rent including water, gas, electricity and internet comes up to 300€ per month. The room is about 13qm and very bright due to the big window. It is fully furnished with a 1,40m bed, a very big PAX wardrobe, a desk, … (as seen in the pictures). You’d have to pay 500€ which you will get back once you move out oft he room and leave everthing as you found it. Right in front of the apartment you can find a supermarket, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, a tram stop, … . You would share the flat with two lovely girls.
