Nice and bright room in a new apartment in Schanzstrasse near U3 Johnstraße. The room is fully furnished (for the furniture 100€ would have to be paid to the old tenant). The flat is on the first floor (but there is an elevator), it has a big kitchen/living room and two bathrooms (one of them with a separated toilet). All the furniture in the flat is pretty new and the landlady is always available for us.
Nettes, helles Zimmer in Neubau in der Schanzstraße Nähe U3 Johnstraße. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (€100 wären für die Übernahme der Möbel an der Vormieter zu bezahlen). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.Stock (es gibt einen Aufzug), hat eine größere Wohnküche und zwei Badezimmer (bei einem ist das WC separat). Die Möbel/Geräte in der Wohnung sind recht neu und unsere Vermieterin ist immer gut erreichbar.
The flat is on the border between the 15th and the 14th district, close to the station U3 Johnstraße and to several tram and bus stops (49, 9, 10A). The area is really nice, full of life, and has nearby parks, bars and shops for everyday life (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Penny, Eurospar, Bipa, dm, pharmacy, Erste Bank etc.)
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze zwischen 14. Und 15.Bezirk, in der Nähe der U3 Station Johnstraße, sowie einigen Bim- und Bushaltestellen (49, ,9, 10A). Die Gegend ist recht nett, und es ist immer war los. In der Nähe gibt es Parks, Bars, und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Penny, Eurospar, Bipa, dm, Apotheke, Erste Bank, etc.).
You will share the flat with Ira, Catalina, Chris and another new flatmate who will also be moving in with us in August. We are all pretty quiet people and we are all working, so we are not often around but if you want to have a drink and chat in the kitchen, we would be happy to join :)
Die Wohnung wirst du dir mit Ira, Catalina, Chris, und einem anderen Mitbewohner teilen, der auch im August neu einzieht. Wir sind alle recht ruhig und arbeiten alle, deshalb sind meistens nicht alle von uns gleichzeitig zu Hause, aber falls du gelegentlich in der Küche einfach zusammen sitzen möchtest, lass es uns wissen, da sind wir dabei :)
