I am offering my room in a 3er-WG in a recently renovated apartment in a beautiful quiet part of the 18th district, very close to the Gürtel (U6 Währinger Straße). The room is 15 square meters in size, and is located on the inner part of the building, so it is very quiet and you cannot hear anything from the street.
The WG consists of 3 people, the other 2, a guy and a girl are both students, both are very nice. The apartment has a spacious newly-installed kitchen with all necessary equipment. There's a hallway with a seating area which is shared by the roommates. In addition, there are two toilets, one shower and one bathtub.
The room itself has all-new furniture, purchased and installed over the last 6 months - a double-bad (140x200), a closet, a small desk, a comfy sofa, a cabinet and a mirror.
The apartment is located in Gentzgasse 25, parallel to Währinger Straße.
U6 station is a 3-minutes walk from the building, as well as tram lines 40, 41, 42 and busses 40a and 41e.
The WKO campus, Währinger Straße, the beautiful Kutschkermarkt as well as many cafes, bars and restaurants are all around the corner.
I am looking for a responsible, clean person who will treat this place as his own (in regards to the furniture and the integrity of the room and the apartment), to move in as soon as possible (earliest move-in date is 16.07) until the end of October OR to take over my contract for the room for a longer-term stay.
The costs are as follows:
