Hallo lieber Mensch,
wir ziehen aus unserer Bude aus, aber haben da noch einen Monat übrig.
Was heißt das? Die Wohnung wird am 1.5. übergeben, meine jetzigen Mitbewohnis und ich haben allerdings eine neue Bleibe um die Ecke ab dem 1.4. Unser früherer Mitbewohner und Freund, der Joe, wird aber sicher für den April wieder hier einziehen. Außerdem zeiht Vincent über den April erst so nach und nach aus und tingelt deswegen ebenfalls hier rum. Und sowieso sind wir eine lustige Truppe und schauen beieinander vorbei - hier wird es also nicht leer sein.
Mein Zimmer ist aber fix frei und Joe freut sich über Gesellschaft.
Die Miete ist mit allem drum und dran 318€. Ich bin aber froh, wenn jemand zur Zwischenmiete einzieht und preislich flexibel. Also können wir da gerne drüber quatschen.
Auf den Fotos siehst du mein Zimmer wie es gerade ist. Werde das ein oder andere mitnehmen, aber wir haben auf jedenfall alle Möbel da, die du so brauchst wie Schrank, Kommode, eine Matratze. Evt. bleibt auch das Sofa stehen. Wohnzimmer bleibt so oder so ähnlich.
Hier ists jedenfall sehr gemütlich und wir schauen auch, dass das für dich so bleibt.

hello dear people,
we wil move out of our flat bur my room is for rent in April.
we will have a new home from april onwards in another flat around the corner.
that is why this flat is for rent in april. our former flatmate and good friend joe will move in for april anyways. fruthermore, vincent (my current and future flatmate) will move out in april but step by step, so he is available in the flat, too. furthermore, we are rather a cricle of friends and hang around anyways, so flat will not be empty.
to sum it up, my room is free in april and joe would appreciate some company :)
total rent is about 318€ but some furnitures will not be there anymore. i am glad if sb wants to move in, so if you can/ want to pay less, we can talk about it for sure. we will make sure you have some furnitures the whole month, bed, shelf, maybe the couch.
the flat is cosy, people are friendly, open-minded and will welcome you.
