Die WG befindet sich im angesagten 4. Bezirk (Wieden), direkt am Naschmarkt neben der Secession. Die Gegend hat einfach tollen Charme und Charakter und ist sehr zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Karlskirche, 10 Minuten zur MQ, Mariahilferstraße und Stephansplatz.
Die Straßenbahnen 1,2,D,71 und Badner-Bahn und der Bus 59A sowie U4 und U1 sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen genauso wie die TU Wien. Daher gibt es die besten Anbindungen für die ganze Stadt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, dm, Bipa, Denns, Hofer usw) sowie sehr viele geile Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Beim MQ gibt es einen Spar der auch Sonntags offen hat und kann in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.


The WG is located in the trendy 4th district (Wieden), right on Naschmarkt next to Secession. The area has great charm and character and is very centrally located, 5 minutes walking distance to Karlskirche, 10 minutes walking distance to MQ, Mariahilferstraße and Stephansplatz.
The trams 1,2,D,71 and Badner-Bahn and the bus 59A as well as U4 and U1 can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Therefore, you have the best connections for the whole city.
Shops (Billa, dm, Bipa, Denns, Hofer, etc.) and many cool restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Here you can find something for everybody. At the MQ there is a Spar which is also open on Sundays and can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.

Wir sind Emilie und Lola und wir sind seit paar Jahre befreundet und leben zusammen in dieser schönen und gemütlichen WG in der alle lieben Menschen willkommen sind. Gemeinsam mit uns leben viele Pflanzen und wir freuen uns immer über Begleiter*innen in unseren kreativen Prozess die Wohnung immer wieder neu zu gestalten und Spaß an einem gemeinsamen zu Hause zu finden. Wir genießen unser WG Leben und suchen nun nach einer Person die uns ein paar Monate mit uns verbringt und das Leben teilt. Wir beide studieren, Emilie (26, Physik ) und Lola ( 25, Architektur) und arbeiten Teilzeit. Wir genießen einen sehr entspannten vibe zuhause. Unsere Tür ist offen für alle Freunde von Freunde und wir lieben unsere große Community in der wir uns alle und unsere Bedürfnisse sowie die Sachen die uns wichtig sind respektieren. Unsere Nachbarn, zu denen eine andere WG über uns gehört, haben sich noch nie über Lärm oder Musik beschwert und wir haben ein all you can eat Sushi-Lokal unter uns mit dem wir befreundet sind hahah.
Wir suchen eine Person, die nett und freundlich ist, die sich auf gemeinsames Leben und Tratschen freut, die gerne in einer aufgeräumte WG wohnt, die Humor und Bock auf neue Erlebnisse hat und die zuverlässig und verantwortungsvoll ist. Wenn du auch manchmal so wie wir das Bedürfnis nach Freiraum und Privatsphäre hast, verstehen wir es sehr gut und bekommst du von uns die notwendige Ruhe und du kannst dich wie zu Hause fühlen.

We are Emilie and Lola and we have been friends for several years and live together in this beautiful and cozy flat where all dear people are welcome. Many plants live with us and we are always happy to welcome companions in our creative process to redesign the apartment again and again and to have fun in our home. We enjoy our shared life and are now looking for a person to spend a few months with us. We both study, Emilie (26, Physics ) and Lola ( 25, Architecture) and work part-time, enjoying a very relaxed vibe at home. Our door is open to all friends of friends and we love our big community in which we respect each other and our needs as well as the things that are important to us. Our neighbours, which include another shared flat above us, have never complained about noise or music and we have an all you can eat sushi place below us with whom we are friends hahahah.
We are looking for a person who is nice and friendly, who is looking forward to share their life, feelings and mind with us, who likes to live in a tidy shared flat, who has a sense of humour and a desire for new experiences and who is reliable and responsible.
