Hallo WIen!
Da ich von Anfang Oktober bis Ende Jänner ins Ausland gehe, wird mein möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Es handelt sich um ein ca 22qm Zimmer in einer 3er WGin der Sechsschimmelgasse, 1090 Wien.
Wir wohnen super close zur Ecke Nussdorferstraße/Alserbachstraße. Bim Linien 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 und U6 Währingerstraße sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zwischen 2 und 8 Minuten sind ein Spar, Hofer, dm, Bipa, Billa, Post etc erreichbar, sowie der Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, wo sich ein Billa befindet, der von Mo-So geöffnet hat.
Die anderen beiden Roomies sind Lejla, die Architektur studiert und Julius, der im Herbst Transmediale Kunst an der Angewandten beginnt.
Wir verbringen gern unsere Zeit zusammen, auch außerhalb der WG (definitiv keine Zweck-WG) und wollen das auch so beibehalten.
