Die Wohnung ist mit einem geräumigen Badezimmer und einem sehr großem Wohnzimmer ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich auch ein TV-Gerät und mehrere Spielkonsolen die benutzt werden können.
Natürlich gibt es auch eine Küche, diese ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem Geschirrspüler und allen nötigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet.
Öffentlicher Verkehr: Die Straßenbahn Nr. 49 hält direkt vor der Haustüre. In 5 Gehminuten ist man bei der U4 Station Hütteldorf und der S-Bahn.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: SPAR vor der Haustüre, Merkur (Billa Plus) und Penny innerhalb 3 Gehminuten, Apotheke ebenso vor der Haustüre.

The room has a bed, a big closet and a table.
The whole flat also has a big bathroom, a very large living room which has a TV and a lot of game-consoles which can be used freely.
Of course there’s also a kitchen which has all the amenities like a dish-washing machine and other kitchen utensils.
Transport: Die Tram Nr. 49 stops right infront of the house, and it’s only a 5 min walk to the subway-station “U4 Hütteldorf”, which also holds a S-Bahn station.
Shopping: A SPAR is right infront of the house, as well as a pharmacy. A Merkur (aka Billa Plus) and a Penny are withing
3 minutes walking distance.
The Wienerwald (Viennese Forest) is very near the flat so you can go hiking and chilling if you feel like 😊
