wenn du den Sommer in Wien verbringen möchtest, dann machst du mit diesem schönen Zimmer sicher nichts falsch im Herzen von Wien. Das Zimmer ist frei ab Juli und eventuell auch im August. ;) DA können wir aber alles auch persönlich besprechen :)
Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum ist flexibel.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und du kannst Handtücher und Bettzeug für den Monat ausborgen.
Auch wenn auf dem Bild keine Matratze zu sehen ist, ist eine vorhanden;)
Hey. I am renting out my room, I am searching for somebody who wants to live and take care of my room in the 6th district. The room is small and very cosy. You can borrow everything you need from me, so for example towels or clean linen, there are also many books here :)
Also the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The flat has also a small balkony.
Even if on the picture there is no matress - we have one here so thats no problem ;)

(Mariahilfer Straße ist 7 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt)
The flat is located very central, so to every "important" spot in the city it takes you less than 30 minutes to be there. If you go by bicycle you are even faster :)

Also the Westbahnhof, so the west main station is very close, if you need to go by train.
Mariahilfer Straße is very close, there are a lot of shops.
Im Sommer wird die Wohnung leerer sein.
In unserer WG wird gern gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen. Außerdem schauen wir regelmäßig Filme gemeinsam oder spielen irgendwas. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und wir gehen rücksichtsvoll miteinander um. Du kannst dich gern in die WG einbringen, es wird aber auch respektiert, wenn du lieber Zeit alleine verbringen magst.
