Zwischenmiete in super schönem 25m2 Altbauzimmer

Die Lage ist top - du bist in 3 Minuten bei der U3 Rochusgasse, in 5 Minuten am Donaukanal und in 10 Minuten im Prater. Jetzt im Sommer kannst du also zahlreiche Grünflächen nutzen, ohne einmal durch die halbe Stadt fahren zu müssen. Trotzdem bist du mit der U3 super schnell in der Stadt (10 min von der Haustür bis zum Stephansplatz, 15 Minuten auf die Mariahilferstraße...) und bist 1a angebunden :). Billa, Hofer, DM usw. sind alle innerhalb von 1-5 Minuten zu erreichen.

The location is great - you can reach the U3 Rochusgasse in 3 minutes, the Donaukanal in 5 minutes and the Prater in 10 minutes. Now in the summer, you can use numerous green spaces without having to drive halfway across the city. Nevertheless, you are in the city very quickly with the U3 (10 minutes from the flat to Stephansplatz, 15 minutes to Mariahilferstraße...) and have excellent connections :). Billa, Hofer, DM etc. can all be reached within 1-5 minutes.

Ich (Almut) werde im August unterwegs sein, so wie ich es auch unterm Semester gerne mal spontan bin. Reisen und internationale Freunde zu haben liebe ich sehr, ich war letztes Jahr auf Erasmus und Interrail. Ansonsten arbeite ich in einem Hostel und schreibe bald meine Masterarbeit in Psychologie. Ich würde mich als sehr offene Person beschreiben, die immer gerne neue Leute kennenlernt.
In der WG wohnen noch Maya (22) und Timo (29). Maya wird ihr Zimmer wahrscheinlich auch untervermieten, falls ihr also zu zweit seid, schreibt das gerne dazu! :) Ansonsten wirst du also mit einer weiteren Person zusammenwohnen.
Wir sind alle sehr entspannt, verquatschen uns regelmäßig in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer und verstehen uns super. Da wir die Wohnung alle sehr lieben, versuchen wir, sie sauber zu halten und würden das auch im August gerne so beibehalten :)
Timo, mit dem du auf jeden Fall zusammen wohnen wirst, ist super offen und immer gut drauf, hat immer eine lustige Story zu erzählen die ihm wieder passiert ist und hat sich so gut mit dem Billa-Mitarbeiter angefreundet, dass er manchmal Rabatt bekommt. Er kann dir alles über Flugzeuge erzählen - er ist nämlich Pilot - und nimmt dich sicher gern mal mit ins Gym oder zum Joggen :)

I (Almut) will be travelling in August, just like I like to be spontaneous during the semester. I love travelling and having international friends, I went on Erasmus and Interrail last year. Apart from that, I work in a hostel and will soon be writing my master's thesis in psychology. I would describe myself as a very open person who always likes to meet new people.
Maya (22) and Timo (29) also live in the flat. Maya will probably also sublet her room, so if there are two of you, feel free to add that! :) Otherwise, you will be living with one other person.
We're all very relaxed, chat regularly in the kitchen or living room and get on really well. Since we all love the flat very much, we try to keep it clean and would also like to keep it that way in August :)
Timo, with whom you will definitely live, is super open and always in a good mood, always has a funny story to tell that happened to him recently and has become such good friends with the Billa employee that he sometimes gets a discount there. He can tell you everything about planes - he's a pilot - and he'll be happy to take you to the gym or running :)

Es ist mir schon wichtig, dass du auf meine Möbel, mein Zimmer und die gesamte Wohnung Acht gibst, da ich sehr daran hänge. Wie du auf den Fotos siehst, ist es wirklich eine schöne Wohnung mit renovierter Küche und Bad, in der man sehr gerne Zeit verbringt. Ich hoffe, du fühlst dich bei uns wohl und wenn irgendwelche Probleme auftauchen, regelt das immer die Kommunikation :) Erzähl gerne ein bisschen was über dich, ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht :)

It is important to me that you take care of my furniture, my room and the whole flat. As you can see from the photos, it's a really nice flat with a renovated kitchen and bathroom, and it's a great place to spend time at.
