Das Zimmer ist ca. 22,5 m2 groß und liegt direkt an der Johnstraße im 15. Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig mit hohen Decken und einer Ausrichtung nach Norden in den Hof.
Die Wohnfläche der restlichen Wohnung beträgt ca. 80 m2 mit zusätzlicher Dachterrasse von 25m2. Die Wohnküche ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für die unterschiedlichsten Anlässe, wie z.B. eine Yoga Session. Es gibt eine moderne Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, ein separates Klo und helles Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Es gibt ein kleines Kellerabteil, wo man ggf. auch sein Fahrrad abstellen kann und einen Aufzug (außer du bist sportlich und steigst lieber Stiegen ins Dachgeschoss).

Due to me moving out in the beginning of November/ mid-October, there’s now a free room in our two-person flat share.
The room is approximately 22.5 m2 and is located directly on Johnstraße in the 15th Bezirk. The room is bright and spacious with high ceilings and a north-facing view into the courtyard.
The total living space of the rest of the apartment is approximately 80 m2, with an additional 25 m2 rooftop terrace. We have a huge living and cooking space that can be used for various activities, like Yoga sessions.There is a modern fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, a separate toilet, and a bright bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and washing machine. Additionally, there is a small basement compartment where you can potentially store your bike. And lastly and most importantly there is a spacious elevator (unless you prefer taking the stairs to the top floor if you're feeling extra sporty).

Dein neuer Mitbewohner wäre der Vali. Er studiert derzeit Physik and der TU, kocht viel und gut, mach Yoga und kümmert sich in seiner Freizeit gerne um seine Pflanzen und seinen kleinen Garten auf der Dachterrasse, wo er Kräuter und verschiedenes Gemüse anbaut. Er ist sehr freundlich und unternehmungslustig. Dir wird mit ihm sicher nicht langweilig!
Your flatmate would be Vali. He currently studies physics at the TU. In his spare time, he cooks, does yoga and looks after his little garden on the rooftop terrace where he grows different herbs and veggies. He is very friendly and outgoing and enjoys doing a variety of activities. It definitely won't get boring!
