Wir suchen eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner*in, da unser Robin uns für ein Semester ins Ausland geht.
DEIN ZIMMER:
Die Wohnung ist 133 qm groß und befindet sich in einem traumhaften Altbau direkt auf der Mariahilferstraße. Dein Zimmer ist 29 qm groß (und das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung). Es wird sehr hochwertig möbliert vermietet. Das bedeutet, du kannst direkt und ohne großen Aufwand einziehen. Neben einem Bett, einem großen Schreibtisch und einem super großen Kleiderschrank, hast du auch eine Schlafcouch mit einem Fernseher. Der Schreibtisch bietet dir mit einem Drucker und einem 4K-Monitor einen perfekten Arbeitsplatz. Außerdem erwarten dich Robins Planties, die sich hin und wieder auch über etwas Wasser freuen ;)
Du teilst dir das Bad mit 2 anderen da eine Person ein eigenes Bad hat
DIE WOHNUNG:
Unsere WG ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet, vor allem was die Küche angeht (Nespressomaschine, Mixer, Mikrowelle, SodaStream, etc.… ), aber auch sonst haben wir alles was man für ein WG-Leben braucht. Die Wohnung wurde kurz vor unserem Einzug renoviert, deswegen ist alles sehr modern und in sehr gutem Zustand.
Wenn du bis hier her gelesen hast, stell dich doch gerne kurz vor und erzähl uns einen kurzen Fact, der dich einzigartig macht oder gut beschreibt.

We are looking for a new roommate as our Robin is going abroad for a semester.
YOUR ROOM:
The apartment is 133 square meters and is located in a charming old building right on Mariahilferstraße. Your room is 29 square meters (and the largest room in the apartment). It is rented out with high-quality furnishings, which means you can move in directly and without much hassle. In addition to a bed, a spacious desk, and a super-sized wardrobe, you also have a sofa bed with a television. The desk provides you with a perfect workspace, complete with a printer and a 4K monitor. Furthermore, you can enjoy Robin's plants, which occasionally enjoy a sip of water ;)

THE APARTMENT:
Our shared apartment is well-equipped, especially in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, blender, microwave, SodaStream, and more). We have everything you need for communal living. The apartment was renovated shortly before we moved in, so everything is modern and in excellent condition.

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist einfach der Wahnsinn! Sie liegt direkt an der größten Einkaufsstraße der Stadt, wo du alles findest, was das Studentenherz begehrt. Aber das ist noch nicht alles!
* Du kannst in 10 min zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zur TU und zur Hauptuni gelangen.
* Das MQ, der Place-to-be für alle Kulturinteressierten, erreichst du in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
* Die Innenstadt, der Karlsplatz und der Heldenplatz sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Das bedeutet, dass du das lebendige Zentrum der Stadt in kürzester Zeit erkunden kannst.
* Vor deiner Haustür warten unzählige Bars und Restaurants darauf, von dir entdeckt zu werden. Egal ob du Lust auf einen gemütlichen Abend mit Freunden oder eine wilde Partynacht hast, hier gibt es für jeden Geschmack das Richtige.
* Die U3 Station Neubaugasse ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt. Du kannst also ganz bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs sein und die gesamte Stadt erkunden, ohne lange Strecken zurücklegen zu müssen.

- The city center, Karlsplatz, and Heldenplatz are all within walking distance. This means you can explore the vibrant heart of the city in no time.

DEINE MITBEWOHNER:INNEN
Da sowohl Robin (Architektur) als auch Nora (BBE, WU-Studierende) für ein Semester ins Ausland gehen, erwarten dich neben einer anderen neuen Mitbewohner:in:
Katja (21) - Ähnlich wie Robin studiert sie auch Architektur und geht gerne auf Techno-Partys. Aufgrund ihres hohen Teekonsums trifft man sie des Öfteren in der Küche an. Katja ist zudem eine wahre Plantemom und hat daher den grünen Daumen der WG :) Außerdem ist sie ein großer Asien-Fan, wenn es um Kochen und Reisen geht.
Deine zweite Mitbewohnerin ist Victoria (24). Wenn Vici gerade nicht joggt, geht sie oft mit Freund:innen einen Kaffee trinken und ist die Ansprechpartnerin schlechthin, wenn es um Tipps für Cafés und Restaurants geht. Außerdem ist sie immer auf dem neuesten Stand, was sämtliche Events betrifft, die in der Umgebung stattfinden, was wirklich praktisch ist, da Wien viele davon bietet ;)
Zusammengefasst:
Wir sind absolut keine Zweck-WG und veranstalten gerne gemeinsame Kochabende und Filmabende.
Wir sind LGBTQ-freundlich.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns wichtig.

YOUR ROOMMATES:
As both Robin (majoring in Architecture) and Nora (studying BBE at WU) are going abroad for a semester, you can expect to share the apartment with three other new roommates:
Katja (21) - Much like Robin, she is an Architecture major and enjoys attending Techno parties. Due to her frequent tea consumption, you'll often find her in the kitchen. Katja is a true plant mom and has the green thumb of the shared apartment :) She's also a big fan of Asia when it comes to cooking and traveling.
Your second roommate is Victoria (24). When Vici isn't out jogging, she often goes for a coffee with friends and is the go-to person for recommendations on cafes and restaurants. Furthermore, she is always up-to-date with various local events, which is quite handy given Vienna's vibrant scene.
In summary:
We are by no means a functional-oriented shared apartment and enjoy organizing communal cooking and movie nights.
We are LGBTQ-friendly.
Cleanliness and order are important to us.
We respect the need for peace and quiet during exam periods.
