Der Space ist in zwei Zimmer aufgeteilt, die beide komplett möbeliert sind. Sie unterteilen sich in Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Räume sind lichtdurchflutet und sehr ruhig. Insgesamt sind es etwa 23qm.
Die ganze Wohnung hat um die 80 Quadratmeter, ist sehr hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie besteht aus 2 großen Schlafzimmern, einer angenehmen Wohnküche, Bad und Toilette. Alles ist getrennt begehbar und voll ausgestattet.
Zimmer kann schon ab 1.2 gemietet werden.

The space is divided into two rooms, both of which are fully furnished. They are divided into a living room/study and a bedroom. The rooms are flooded with light and very quiet. The total area is about 23 square meters.
The whole apartment has about 80 square meters, is very bright and comfortably furnished. It consists of 2 large bedrooms, a pleasant kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Everything is separately accessible and fully equipped.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im 6. Bezirk und ist super angebunden. Da sie in einer Seitengasse liegt, ist die Straße recht ruhig, und man kann entspannt die Fenster öffnen, auch nachts. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und schöne Gelegenheiten zum spazieren und relaxen.
In 10 Gehminuten befindet man sich auf der Mariahilfer Straße, bei der Station Zieglergasse.

In 5 Minuten erreicht man Supermärkte (Billa, Spar), Drugstores und eine Apotheke.

The apartment is located in the middle of the 6th district and is well connected. Since it is located in a side street, it’s very quiet and open the windows, even at night.
In the surrounding area are many great restaurants, cafes and nice opportunities to take a walk and relax.
In 10 minutes walk you are on Mariahilfer Straße, at the station Zieglergasse.

Es wohnen zwei Studentinnen in der Wohnung, Elli und Sarah. Ich (Sarah) bin für ein Praktikum in Berlin, und vermiete daher mein Zimmer unter. Elli ist Sängerin und ein extrem offener und herzlicher Mensch, die auch gerne tour guide spielt :)

There are two students living in the apartment, Elli and Sarah. I (Sarah) am in Berlin for an internship and am therefore subletting my room. Elli is a singer and an extremely open and warm person who‘s a great tour guide and knows the best spots :)
