Das grosse Zimmer ist wunderschön hell, hat zwei Fenster und Fischgrätenboden.
Bis Nachmittag ist es eigentlich durchgehend hell und ansprechend
Bitte beachte: das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert übergeben
Deine Lage wäre ziemlich cool, denn:
- U6 Nussdorferstrasse ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß
- U4 Spittelau ca. 10 Minuten
- D ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß
Außerdem ist die Wohnung super ruhig gelegen, da das Zimmer nach hinten zu einem Park zeigt und die Straße davor eine Einbahnstraße ist.
Simon ist unser Hauptmieter, verbringt jedoch viel Zeit in der Arbeit oder bei seiner Freundin :)
Du würdest ihn also nicht allzuoft sehen.
Yi studiert Pharmazie und ist eine Nachteule, hat jedoch immer ein lächeln im Gesicht und kocht ziemlich gut!!
Die beiden sind super lieb und geben einem ein warmes Gefühl, sobald man sich sieht.
Ich würde dir das Zimmer ab dem 15.1.24 überlassen :)
Schreib mir bitte nur, wenn du das auch für dich umsetzen kannst.
Da wir wirklich viel Platz haben und die Küche sowie das Zimmer sehr geräumig sind, könnte es auch für ein Pärchen in betracht kommen.
Vor mir hat auch ein Pärchen in meinem Zimmer gewohnt ;)
