Dein Zimmer hat eine Größe von etwa 23qm und ist schön Hell. Es wird bis auf das Sofa und das Bett unmöbliert übergeben. Typisch Wiener Altbau, schöne hohe Decken von etwa 3,8m, Stuck an den Wänden, Fischgrätenparkett und Flügeltüren. Da wir in einer Seitenstraße wohnen ist das Zimmer ganzjährig schön ruhig und man bekommt von Straßenlärm oder ähnlichem nicht viel mit
Die Lage der WG ist unbezahlbar. Wie gesagt, da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen sehr ruhig. ÖPNV ist in einer Minute zu erreichen (Bus 59A) zum Karlsplatz (U1, U4) läuft man etwa 5 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Billa oder Spar, sowie coole Bars und Restaurants sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Naschmarkt ist ebenfalls nur wenige Meter entfernt.
