Familiäre WG in Top Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Bezirk direkt zwischen dem wunderschönen Augarten und dem Donaukanal, sie befindet sich im Halbstock und ist daher im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl.
In unmittelbarer nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Billa, Penny, Drogeriemärkte, Apotheke sowie Restaurants und Cafes.
Der Karmelitermarkt ist zu Fuß auch in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Die 31er Bim hat Ihre Haltestation direkt um die Ecke und die U2/U4 Station Schottenring ist in ca. 7 min erreicht, womit du eigentlich überall hinkommst.

The apartment is located in the 2nd district directly between the beautiful Augarten and the Danube Canal, it is on the mezzanine floor and is therefore very pleasantly cool in summer.
Shopping facilities, Billa, Penny, drugstores, pharmacy as well as restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity.
The Karmelitermarkt can also be reached by foot in a few minutes.
The 31 streetcar stop is just around the corner and the U2/U4 station Schottenring can be reached in about 7 minutes, which means you can actually get anywhere.

Zusammenleben würdest du mit meiner neuen Mitbewohnerin Aldith 26 die im April einzieht und mir Samuel 30 Jahre jung, zumindest jung geblieben ;)
Wir sind noch nicht lange in Wien und deshalb noch im absoluten Abenteuer und Entdeckungsmodus.

Wir reisen beide gerne, treiben Sport, machen Yoga, gehn tanzen oder chilln unter anderem im Augarten, genauso gern gehn wir aber auch aus auf nen drink :)
Bei schön Wetter mache ich gerne Ausfahrten mit meinem Motorrad.

Freue mich über gemeinsame Unternehmungen auch außerhalb der WG, mag es aber auch mal „nur“ zu Hause zu chillen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der es sich vorstellen kann in einer familiären WG zu wohnen bei der Me-Time und Individualität aber auch gelebt werden.
Eine offene und direkte Kommunikation wäre mir sehr wichtig.

Was Ordnung angeht, liegt uns Sauberkeit sehr am Herzen!
Bei den Gemeinschaftsräumen wechseln wir uns mit dem Putzen ab.

You would live with my new flatmate Aldith 26 who is moving in in April and me Samuel 30 years young, at least young at heart ;)
We haven't been in Vienna long and am therefore still in absolute adventure and discovery mode.

We like ir to travel, do a lot of sports, yoga, go dancing or chill out in the Augarten, among other things, but we also enjoy the nightlife :)
When the weather is nice, I like to go for rides on my motorcycle.

I'm happy to do things together outside of the shared flat, but I also like to "just" chill at home.
we are looking for someone who can imagine living in a familiar shared flat where me-time and individuality are also lived.
I like a Open and direct communication.

Cleanliness is really ery important to us!
