Zu vermieten ist ein 8qm großes Zimmer in einer Altbau 4er Wg von 115qm. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht groß, durch das eingebaute Hochbett bietet es aber trotzdem genug Platz und ist eigentlich sehr cute. Unter dem Hochbett hab ich eine kleine Couch, die man auch zu einer Schlafcouch/Schkafsessel ausziehen kann. Das Zimmer hat direkten Blick auf den Innenhof und liegt im hinteren Teil der Wohnung neben der Küche. Unsere Wg besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, Balkon und weiteren 3 Zimmern. Mit dir wohnen werden aber nur meine zwei süßesten Mitbewohner:innen.
For rent is an 8sqm room in Flat of 115qm. The room is not big, but due to the built-in loft bed it still offers enough space and is actually very cute. Under the loft bed I have a small couch that can also be pulled out into a sofa bed/chair. The room has a direct view of the inner courtyard and is at the back of the apartment next to the kitchen. Our flat consists of a large living room, bathroom, balcony and 3 other rooms. Only my two sweetest roommates will be living with you!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im angesagten 7. Bezirk mitten auf der Kaiserstraße. Bars, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in Gehnähe. Außerdem braucht man ca. 7 Minuten zur Mariahilferstraße (eine große Einkaufsstraße, wo es alles gibt:)) Die Lage ist echt Top, super zentral und wunderschön! Angebunden ist man auch super. Die 49er und 5er ist direkt vor der Tür. U3 und U6 sind beide ebenfalls in 3-7 Minuten zu erreichen. Das tollste ist wir haben ein Katzencafé quasi direkt vor der Tür:) also wenn du Katzen und Kaffee magst wirst du es lieben!
The apartment is located in the trendy 7th district in the middle of Kaiserstraße. Bars, cafés and shopping facilities are all within walking distance. It also takes about 7 minutes to get to Mariahilferstraße (a big shopping street where you can find everything:)) The location is really great, super central and beautiful! The connections are also great. The 49er and 5er are right outside the door. U3 and U6 are also both 3-7 minutes away. The best thing is that we have a cat café right outside the door:) so if you like cats and coffee you'll love it!
Wir sind eine cute 4er Wg, die gern auch mal etwas zusammen unternimmt. Mit dir wohnen werden allerding nur zwei meiner Mitbewohner:innen. Sie freuen sich über Kontakt, sind aber auch gern mal für sich. So wie es hald passt:) Durch das große Wohnzimmer kann man auch einfach super einfach zusammen Mittagessen, lernen oder party machen.
We are a cute shared flat of 4 people who like to do things together from time to time. However, only two of my flatmates will be living with you. They are happy to have contact, but also like to be for themselves. Just as it suits you :) The large living room makes it easy to have lunch, study or party together.
