Located on the second floor of a charming 'altbau' building with a lovely ivy tree on the façade, our flat is the perfect place to call home. With 73 meters square of space, there's plenty of room to relax and unwind.
All windows in the flat look out onto the inner courtyard, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. The room itself is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light flooding in.
In addition to the spacious bedroom, our flat boasts a hallway (used also for chilling during parties) area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area where you can enjoy meals with your new flatmates. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there's a separate toilet.

With trams 37/38 right in front of the building, you'll be able to get to the Schottentor quickly and easily. Line numbers 5 and 33 are just a 1/2 minute away, as well as the bus 41A. The U6 subway station is a mere 7-minute walk away, and the U2 station is just 10 minutes away. Plus, with a public bike station right outside the building, you can easily explore the city on two wheels.
Our flat is situated just minutes away from Spar, Billa, Bipa, Dm, denns, and Hofer. And if you're looking for a great place to grab a bite or a drink, you won't be disappointed. There are plenty of cool bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area to choose from.
And if you're someone who loves fresh produce, you're in luck! There's a fantastic fruit and vegetable shop just a few buildings away, making it easy to get your daily dose of vitamins.

When he's not studying or working, he enjoys playing games (like Catan) and he loves slacklining. He's also a TikTok culinary expert, so get ready to try some amazing new dishes. He lived all over the world (China, Taiwan, US…) so he also speaks Mandarin and knows a lot of random phrases in diff languages.
