Das Zimmer ist im 1. OG zur Straßenseite (eher eine Gasse) und ist mit seinen drei Fenstern gut beleuchtet.
Die Küche teilen wir uns zu dritt, Ines hat im Erdgeschoss eine eigene Küche. Ebenfalls haben wir einen Balkon mit Grill, sowie ein Wohnzimmer.
Das Haus liegt im Altort von Winterhausen.
Ca. 5min zu Fuß befindet sich ein Bahnhof, mit dem Zug ist man in 12min in Würzburg.
Ebenfalls gibt es einen Bus (ca. 10min zu Fuß).
Einkaufen kann man, für kleine Einkäufe, in einem kleinen Dorfladen oder in Ochsenfurt (5min mit dem Zug). Dort gibt es einen Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Netto uvm.
Du würdest mit Ines, Peculiar und Moayad zusammen wohnen. Alle drei studieren in Würzburg.
Die Miete an den Vermieter beträgt 270€, Strom, GEZ und Internet regeln wir selber. Insgesamt sind es dann ca. 325€.
