Das Zimmer hat ca. 12m² und ist sehr günstig für die gute Lage. Das Zimmer kann auf Wunsch komplett möbiliert übernommen werden: 3 Hängebretter (ideal für Bücher, CDs), 2 Kleiderkommoden ein sehr großer Tisch und das Bett. Für all das hätte ich gerne noch 200€ Abschlag.
sehr gut, zu fuß 5-10 min in die Innenstadt, Strassenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 5 und 1, Haltestelle Berliner Ring) ist 2 Minuten weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind das Netto in der Semmelstrasse oder das Lidl am Berliner Ring.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Leo und Henri: Beide studieren zusammen Physik und es lässt sich sehr gut mit den beiden wohnen. Es handelt sich um keine Zweck-WG, es wird je nach Lust und Laune gekocht und auch zusammen weggegangen. Ich hatte hier eine prima Zeit.
