Hallo zusammen,
Wir suchen ein nettes Mädel oder einen Herren, das/der spätestens am 1. September in unsere nette 3er-WG einziehen möchte und gut zu uns passt.
Das Zimmer ist 12,5 qm groß und besitzt einen sehr schönen Laminat-Boden.
Das Bad wurde vor ca. 3 Jahren renoviert.
Der Küche haben wir selbst vor 1 1/2 Jahren nicht nur einen neuen Anstrich verpasst, sondern dort auch einen schönen neuen PVC-Boden verlegt. Das Bad und der Gang sind frisch gestrichen.
Eine Gehminute entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle Valentin-Becker-Straße mit Anbindung an Linie 6 und 114 (Hubland).
Auch der Südbahnhof ist in direkter Nähe.
Zu uns:
Ich studiere Lehramt Musik im 4. Semester und wohne seit zwei Jahren in der Wohnung.
Tobias, der am 1. August eingezogen ist, fängt zum kommenden WS mit Zahnmedizin an.
