Das Zimmer hat 9 qm und ein Fenster. Klein aber fein :) Als Bonus ist je ein Internet(LAN)- und Kabelfernsehen-Anschluss professionell verlegt worden. Die Wohnung ist 70 qm groß, hat zwei Balkons und Küche mit Spülmaschine und sonst allem was man braucht. Das Bad hat Dusche und Waschmaschine. Eine Vorratskammer und Kellerabteil gibt es auch noch.
Das Zimmer selbst wird unmöbliert übergeben. Die Kosten sind 150€ Kaltmiete plus 38€ Nebenkosten. Weiterhin kommt für das Internet 5€ pro Monat und für Strom 25€ pro Monat dazu. Das ergibt insgesamt 218€ für das Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen; in unter 5 min erreicht man die Bushaltestelle "Faulenbergkaserne" mit schneller Anbindung zur Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man den Uni-Campus "Hubland" in 15 Minuten, mit Bus in circa 25 Minuten. In der Nähe ist außerdem der größte Edeka-Markt in ganz Würzburg, da gibt es einfach alles.
Das WG-Leben ist super easy: Alles geht, nix muss! Kommt einfach und lernt die Leute kennen!
Für Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchen- und Bad-Zeug und was sonst noch so rumsteht (Haushaltsmäßig ist die WG sehr gut ausgerüstet) fallen nochmal 170€ einmalig an.
