Ein gut belichtetes, 17 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer in einer 2-Personen-Studenten-WG soll mitsamt zwei Kommoden, Schreibtisch, Bett und zwei Bücherregalen für fünf Monate untervermietet werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrparteienhauses in der Reiserstraße gegenüber vom Uni-Klinikum Würzburg im Stadtteil Grombühl. Die Straßenbahnanbindung ist super. Man ist in fünf Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Würzburg.

Johannes (21) und ich (Hendrik, 22) wohnen in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Studenten-WG. Wir sind gut befreundet. Das WG-Leben verläuft harmonisch und wir stimmen uns in gemeinsamen WG-Angelegenheiten immer gut ab.

Johannes als potenzieller Mitbewohner und ich als Untervermieter wählen daher gemeinsam den passenden Untermieter aus.
