Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und gut geschnitten. Durch die großen Fenster ist es auch schön hell. Da Lea ins Ausland geht, kann das Zimmer vollmöbliert genutzt werden. Wenn sie dann wieder nach Deutschland kommt (voraussichtlich Mai 2023), bräuchte sie ihre Möbel allerdings wieder - du hättest sie also mindestens ein Jahr.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Grombühl in ruhiger Lage, sehr nahe den Weinbergen.
Es sind 5 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Brücknerstraße, man ist aber auch mit dem Fahrrad super schnell überall. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung sind auch vorhanden.
Du ziehst in eine gemütliche, liebevolle eingerichtete WG.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Katrin (26 Jahre, Musikstudentin in der Examensvorbereitung) und mir, Jamila (24 Jahre, Sozialpädagogin). Unser WG-Leben lässt sich als unkompliziert und entspannt beschreiben - uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich alle wohlfühlen. Wir sind immer für gemeinsame Abende und Unternehmungen zu haben. :)
