Suche neue/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für 2er WG in Heidingsfeld.
Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist hell und hat ca 13m². Das große Wohnzimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet (Couch, Esstisch, Fernseher,...), ebenso die Küche. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist dieses Jahr komplett renoviert worden.
Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles was man so braucht ist in der Nähe (Bäcker, Tanke, Aldi, Kupsch,...) und zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es ca. 3 min zu Fuß. Ein Bus fährt fast direkt vor der Haustüre.
Bis zur Innenstadt sind es 10 min mit der Straßenbahn und zum Hubland fährt ein Bus.
Parken kann man kostenlos in der Seitenstraße, immer ein Parkplatz frei.
Das Zimmer kann ab sofort bezogen werden und kostet ca. 200 Euro warm.
Du wohnst mit einer unkomplizierten BWL-Studentin im 8ten Semester (24).
Melde dich am besten per Email oder SMS, wenn ich nicht auf dem Handy zu erreichen bin, da ich noch lernen muss und meistens in der Bib sitze und nicht ans Telefon gehen kann.
