Hallo,
aufgrund meines Auslandssemestes suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Es befindet sich in einer netten 3er WG. Im Moment wohnt eine Studentin (BWL) und eine junge Verwaltungsfachangestellte in der WG.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und zugleich ruhig (ca. 5-10 Gehminuten in die Innenstadt).
Gute Busanbindung (14,114, 214 ab Mainfrankentheater; bzw. erreichst du den Busbahnhof in ca. 10 min zu Fuß).
Das Zimmer ist schön hell (3 große Fenster, bei Bedarf kannst du die Jalousinen übernehmen), alle Wände weiß, Laminat, EBK, Badewanne, nach Absprache teilmöbiliert oder "leer", TV-Anschluss über SAT.
Zudem wollen wir und wahrscheinlich in nächster Zeit einen festen Internet-Anschluss zulegen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett; In dem Haus wohnen weitere Studenten. Parken mit Anwohnerparkausweis oder im Innenof (extra Kosten, falls Parkplatz gemietet);
