Biete ein schönes, helles,gemütliches Zimmer (zum Innenhof gelegen)in 2er WG zur Zwischenmiete, von 1.9. (kann auch schon ab 1.8. sein) bis 1.4.2009 (gerne auch bis Mitte März)!
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, d.h. großes Bett (140x200), Regal, Schreibtisch, 2 Kommoden für Klamotten.
Unsere schöne WG bietet ein großes Wohnzimmer, gemütliche Küche, 2 Balkone und ne nette Mitbewohnerin. :-)
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, d.h. 5 min. zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, 3 min. zur FH, sehr gute Bus- und Straßenbahnanbindung. Zwecks schlechter Erfahrungen suchen wir einen Mitbewohner/in, der/die sich auch mal am Abwasch beteiligt und ab und zu den Staubsauger in die Hand nimmt...
Kommts einfach vorbei und schauts es euch selbst an! Besichtigungstermine ab 26.08.!
