Sorry, my German is horrible, so if you are interested in seeing the room, please send me a message in English. If you want to send it in German, it will take a little longer to reply. The room is a shared flat right next to Adalberokirche. There is a shared kitchen, shower, bathroom, and garden in the back, which the terrace/garden are connected to your room. Has a clothes washing machine included in the house. The room has a personal sink and mirror. This room is ideal for a student. I was a student and this place was perfect for me. It's a simple and easy room. If you need to move in earlier then the 14th, that can be arranged. If furniture is needed also, that can also be arranged for a small fee. Any questions, please send me an email.
Norma is a 30 second walk to, and Tegut/Kupsch are only 4-5 minute walk away. Bus stop is right in front of the house(Line 10 to go to campus, Adalberokirche stop). Tram stop is 5 minute walk(Eichendorfstrasse). 10-15 minute walk into the city or 5-10 minute walk to Sanderstrasse.
Roommates are nice and friendly people. Very friendly and we usually keep to ourselves. I've had no problems with them.
