Unsere WG liegt sehr zentral in der Sanderau. Nur wenige Gehminuten zu:
- Uni-/ Stadtmensa
- Fachhochschule Münzstrasse
- Alte Uni
- Sanderring
- Schwimmbad Sandermare
- Norma und Tegut
- Bushaltestelle zum Bus zur Uni am Hubland
Wir suchen eine nette neue Mitbewohnerin. Die zwei Zimmer sind durch eine Tür getrennt und liegen direkt nebeneinander. So kann das hintere Zimmer als Schlafzimmer oder das vordere Zimmer als Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer verwendet werden. Die Zimmer sind mit einen schönen Holz-Dielenboden ausgestattet. Die beiden Zimmer sind teilmöbliert.

Das Haus selbst wurde kürzlich neu verputzt, gestrichen, bekam ein neues Dach und eine neue Zentralheizung in der Wohnung. Neue Fenster und neue Heizkörper sind in den Zimmern.
(The house is recently renovated (roof, walls, heating). New windows and heating in the rooms.)
Die Nebenkosten betragen 30,00 Euro pro Monat zusätzlich Gas und Strom extra (wird in der WG geteilt).
