Your new room is fully furnished: bed, TV, big wardrobe, table and chair.
Also is the apartment fully equipped with really everything needed:
- Kitchen: a big fridge, big dining table, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, as well as dishes, cutlery, pans and fry pans, glasses, cups, bowls and everything else needed.
- TWO bathrooms, a big one with a toilette, shower, two hand wash basins and a small one with a toilette and a hand wash.
- Washing machine and Dryer are also available on the corridor.
- Corridor: coat rack, shoe shelves.
- We have a storage room adapted as a gym, it’s one of the coolest thing about this house, now you can be super fit without leaving the house.
Including everything (gas, water, heating, furniture, WLAN, etc.) the total rent is 575 €.
Steinbachtal 10, Würzburg:

We're a 3er WG. Michael (34), Jan(23) and myself (30).
Jan, unfortunately, will leave us in August, to start wish professional career.
Michael is German and I am Spanish, we normally speak English, but more and more we are speaking German as I learn.
We like to do stuff together, mainly sports, but also hanging out, cooking, having dinner, sharing a wine or beer at the kitchen or living room, or else play board games. One can always choose, whether (s)he wants to have company and go to the big kitchen, or wants some time alone and go to her/his own room.
Michael and I are both engineers, working for the private industry. Thus, we wake up really early and we are back home sometimes late, also, we have to work on weekends every now and then, but there is always time after work, to do a workout at our gym or just chill with a beer. When the weather allows us, we make a BBQ outside on the garden.
We can also throw a party every now and then, but not very often, our student times have passed unfortunately.
Once a week is turn for one of us to clean the bathrooms and hallways, so it’s always nice and clean at our appartement :)
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited, no pets allowed, cleanliness is very important.
