Dein Zimmer wäre ca 13qm groß und bis auf ein paar kleinere Sachen unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung an sich wäre komplett ausgestattet. Die Wohnung teilt sich in 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, Gäste WC, Küche und Wohnzimmer auf und ist 5min zu Fuß von der Barmer Innenstadt entfernt.
Auch die beliebte Nordtrasse ist nur 2min zu Fuß erreichbar und sogar vom Balkon aus sichtbar!
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Dominik.
Das WG-Leben war bisher immer entspannt alles kann nichts muss. Wer seine Ruhe braucht kriegt sie aber zusammen weggehen und was unternehmen ist natürlich auch gerne gesehen !
Im Mietpreis ist eigl alles enthalten (Strom, Heizung,GEZ, Hausrat, Internet …)
Da die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet ist, würde ein Abschlag von 550€ anfallen.
Einzug wäre ab dem 01.August möglich.
Bei Problemen mit dem Abschlag oder Einzugstermin kann man aber gerne nochmal reden !
