ich biete ein 23qm großes Zimmer in der Lindenstraße in Zittau für August und Sept. diesen Jahres.
Da ich über die "Ferien" nicht in Zittau bin, würde für Zittaukurzurlauber das Zimmer bestimmt interessant erscheinen.
Es hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Wc und eine Gemeinschaftsküche.
Die Miete beträgt mtl. 195€ inkl. Internet und TV.
Schreibtisch,Bett, Sofa, Schrank alles ist vorhanden,
da es sich um ein Wohnheim handelt.
