Hoi zäme, we are a couple (Aika (23), Doruk (26)) looking for someone to join us in establishing a colorful and cozy 3-person-shared-flat in Zürich. Your room is 16 qm, light and partly furnished, but you still need to organize a mattress/bed, as it has been used as office room before (see picture). Additionally, you will have your own toilet. Kitchen, living room, shower and the beautiful balcony are shared.
The flat is at the border of Kreis 3 and 9 in Zurich, next to the Triemli Hospital. This means it has great connections to the main station and the center of Zurich with public transport or the bicycle, while being located in a quiet area. We are next to the Uetliberg, the house 'mountain' of the city, perfect for escaping for an afternoon into nature. Also the lakeside is not far.
We are a couple, knowing us for 5 years now and moving from Germany to Switzerland. I, Aika, am originally from the region and coming back for an internship in an NGO working with migrants. And I’m Doruk, currently working remotely in the Jane Goodall Institute Turkey with children in the area of climate crisis.
In our daily life we have our individual rhythms (with one of us liking physical activities and literature, and the other one productive/art projects and playing video games), while we both love playing board games, dancing and spending long evenings on the balcony. Our communication language is English, but please don’t worry about speaking it perfectly, as neither of us is a native speaker. We are looking forward to meeting you!
