The apartment is at the 3. floor in a house, in a residential area. It is completely renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The apartment is not furnished, so we will have to take care of that as we move in. Nevertheless, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge ...), it already has a washing-machine, there is a lift to get there and a cellar belongs to it.
The flat is at a perfect location in the 2. district of Zurich. It takes about 5 min walk to tram connections (brunnaustr.) and 10 min to S4 Brunau. It is at the last floor of the house, so the sight on the lake is quite nice from there :)
As for Ignacio, he comes from Barcelona and is a financial analyst and graduated from ETH and TU Delft. Antoine is a french data scientist and studied at the TU Munich, working currently in Berlin until end of July. Beside working, we go skiing, sailing, cycling ... Although we plan from time to time some outdoor activities on the week end, we are quite uncomplicated and we respect others' privacy. Wir können auch auf deutsch sprechen aber noch nicht auf Schweizerdeutsch ...
