Das Zimmer hat 15qm und hat ein sehr großes Fenster, welches man mithilfe der Außenjalousie komplett verdunkeln kann. Momentan hat es nur ein 90cm Bett, aber man kann ein zweites dazustellen und das Zimmer ist dann immer noch groß genug. Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kasten, Regal vorhanden.
The room has 15sqm and has a very large window, which can be darkened completely with the outside jalousie. At the moment it has only a 90cm bed, but you can have a anotherone and the room will still be large enough. Desk, chair, shelf, closet also in the room.
Affoltern, nahe ETH, Busse 32, 61, 62 und andere, Bahnstation Affoltern, Coop, Migros, Denner, Spar, Tankstelle, Späti, alles in 3-7 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Du teilst dir die WG mit ungefähr 10 Leuten (das wechselt dauernd, mal ist jemand da, mal nicht, dann zieht wieder jemand aus usw.) Es gibt aber 3 Bäder und 3 separate Klos und es gibt wirklich nie Engpässe. Auch in der großen Küche ist eigentlich immer genug Platz. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Balkon mit Platz für viele Leute und einem Grill. Die anderen Mitbewohner merkt man entweder nicht oder sie sind super nett, oft sitzen wir abends beisammen, kochen oder trinken gemeinsam. Muss man aber natürlich auch nicht. Im Zimmer hört man von den anderen quasi nichts und auch man selbst kann ziemlich laut sein, ohne dass es jemand mitbekommt.
You share the flat with about 10 people (it changes constantly with so many people) There are however 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets and there are really never any shortages with that. In the large kitchen is also always enough space. There is also a large balcony with space for many people and a barbecue. The other roommates you either do not notice or they are super nice, often we sit together in the evening, cook something or drink a beer. But you sure dont have to participate in that if you dont want to. You dont hear much of the others in your romm and you can be pretty noisy too, without anyone complaining or mostly even hearing.
Ich möchte mein Zimmer gerne im Juli und August untervermieten, da ich den Sommer daheim in Wien verbringen möchte. Wenn du genau für diesen Zeitraum etwas suchst, wäre das optimal!
I would like to sublet my room in July and August, because I would like to spend the summer at home in Vienna. If you are looking for something for this period, that would be optimal!
