Das Zimmer ist 14 m2 groß und hat einen Balkon, der die ganze Wohnung umringt. Es befindet sich in einem WOKO-Studierendenwohnheim und ist so möbliert, wie du es auf den Bildern siehst (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Lampen). Es gibt zwei Bäder (sehr praktisch), ein großzügiges Wohn/Esszimmer und eine solide Küche. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell. Es hat außerdem einen Musik- und Waschraum im Keller + Fahrradreller. Wir sind umgeben von Familienwohnungen, es ist sehr ruhig und grün. Die Stationen Kappeli (Linie 2) und Siemens (Linie 3) sind in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gleich in der Nähe (2 Min) gibt es einen SPAR und in einminütiger Entfernung liegt der Bachwiesenpark.

The room is 14 m2 big and has a balcony that surrounds the whole flat. It is located in a WOKO student residence and is furnished as you see it in the pictures (bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, lamps). There are two bathrooms (very practical), a spacious living/dining room and a solid kitchen. The flat is very bright overall. It also has a music room and laundry room in the basement + bike storage. We are surrounded by family flats, it is very quiet and green. The stations Kappeli (line 2) and Siemens (line 3) are within 8 minutes walking distance. There is a SPAR nearby (2 min) and Bachwiesenpark is a one-minute walk away

Wir suchen eine studierende Person, die von Ende November bis Ende Januar ein WG-Zimmer sucht (WOKO-Mietbedingung: Studierende, die entweder an der UZH, ETH, KME, ZHdK, PHZH, HfH, ZHAW immatrikuliert sind + maximal 28 Jahre alt sind). Wir suchen nach einer unkomplizierten und offenen Person, die auch Wert auf Sauberkeit legt. Im Zusammenleben hier hat jede*r seine Freiräume mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wenn es sich ergibt, kann man zusammensitzen und plaudern und auch mal gemeinsam Essen, ist aber kein muss.
Wir sind eine komplett internationale Vierer-WG und studieren an der UZH und ETH. Sheryl (23) kommt aus China, macht ihren Master in Management, kann sehr gut kochen und geht gerne Salsa tanzen. Mihai (26) ist gerade mit seinem Master in Eletrotechnik fertig geworden und geht am liebsten raus in die Natur zum Wandern oder Klettern, er kommt aus Rumänien. Andrius (27) aus Litauen macht auch einen Master, in Data Science, und arbeitet parallel, ist deswegen viel unterwegs, aber immer zum Plausch bereit und trinkt am liebsten Negroni. Vor allem in der Weihnachtszeit gibt es ein paar Ausblicke, etwas zusammen zu veranstalten, wie die alljährliche Weihnachtsfeier oder ein Fondue/Glühwein-Abend (da sind alle immer am Start).

We are looking for a student who is searching for a room to share from the end of November until the end of January (WOKO rental requirement: students who are either enrolled at UZH, ETH, KME, ZHdK, PHZH, HfH, ZHAW + max. 28 years old). We are looking for an uncomplicated and open person who also values cleanliness. In living together here, everyone has their own space with opportunities to take your time. If the opportunity arises, we eat, cook together and chat in the living room, but this is not a must.
We are a completely international four-person shared flat and all students at UZH and ETH. Sheryl (23) comes from China, is doing her Master's in Management, can cook very well and likes to go salsa dancing. Mihai (26) has just finished his Master's degree in electrical engineering and loves to go out into nature to hike or climb; he comes from Romania. Andrius (27) from Lithuania is also doing a Master's degree in Data Science and works at the same time, so he is on the road a lot, but always ready for a chat and loves to drink Negroni on the weekend. Especially at Christmas time, there are a couple of prospects of doing something together, like the annual Christmas party or a fondue/mulled wine-evening (everyone is always up for it).
